Anyone who isn't using a condom for any encounter these days needs their heads examinined.
My husband had a friend with herpes. He slept with my friend.
He gave her herpes, he didn't tell her before hand. I wanted to tell her I knew he had it before they had sex, but my husband said it was none of my business. Now she's infected her live in, and who ever else.
My husbands friend told her.. "no way, I'm clean. I have tests done all the time.".
In fact.. of all my single friends.. none of them use condoms.
Is not using a condom or not even caring any worse than someone seeking out infections?
I don't believe those people should get their meds at a reduced rate, there should be a "dumbass deductable" of 100 million dollars.
