This would be a 3rd party collecting on behalf of other websites the DO NOT own for a commission on amounts collected.
I know, I know, this isn't a lawyers board but I was hoping someone would have some experience with this. If anyone knows that there is something required please let me know where I could find any info about it.
This is a huge issue in the adult market and some partners and I are seriously considering giving it a go.
Any imput would be appreciated.

stocktrader23,
AdultRep collects chargebacks on behalf of our clients in total compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and state collection laws. Collections is one of the most highly regulated businesses at the state and local levels. In cases where we do not have the state licenses to collect in a particular state, we have parternships with fully licensed state collection agencies that handle our collections in that particular state.
Webmasters can be held liable if they are using an unlicensed collection agency to collect their debts. If you run a website and would like to have a licensed collection agency collect your chargeback debts, please contact us.
