I fully agree with you ArronM, I've known too many people that got turned down, even tho they are more qualified for the job than the other person.

It's bullshit, it's hard for a fucking white guy to get a job, because they gotta hire the black or mexican to equal everything out!

They need to just hire according to the qualifications! I think that is the best way to go!
