Does it matter if you think that "White kids can be just as destructive as White kids" when the state of inner-city schools has the local kids to blame? Sure, White kids are also capable of holding a spray can and pressing the obvious button, but that isn't relevant when the discussion was about who was to blame for the state of non-White schools.
