If she likes porcelian figurines, buy one of a mother and child if you have any kids or of a couple if you don't. Write a sappy note with the figurine stating how it reminded you of the love you share...etc.

Find your best "couple" picture then go to a card shop and get a nice card that talks about your marriage...it is a journey you take together, how much your relationship means etc. Take them both to a framing shop and have them frame the picture and the card together in a nice way.
