Part of my money that I am forced to pay in property tax goes to educate the children in my township. That's acceptable. But part of my money goes to pay for someone else's township to educate their children. Now I'm not happy about paying for someone else's kids but I know when it comes time for my kids to be in school they will be paying for them. But as soon as that money leaves my community and goes somewhere else, that's where I draw the line.
I don't care at all if the people outside my town get educated or not. I'm not oppressing them. I'm just saying that I don't believe that I am responsible to educate their children. If they have jobs, they should be able to afford schools. If they don't have jobs, they have all that time to educate themselves and their children.

how do you expect for someone to educate themself when they were never educated to begin with? if people have been taught to walk in a circle all their life what makes you think that they will one day start walking in a square?
