Isnt Smutserver those guys in San Antonio that went around a while back ripping everyone off?
There was a guy named James who was calling people and talking the talk, getting prepays and then never delivering the traffic....
They had some Webmaster Resource site too.... Cant remember what it was called.
Im pretty sure that was them, but if Im mistaken, sorry.
But it if WAS them, then I wouldnt be at all surprised to see them scamming you on a buy.
