Sure you can do that with hookers, but what would be the point? The best part about a partner is connecting, being able to have good conversations with them, showing affection in small ways, etc.
A hooker won't whisper "I love you" when she wakes up half in the middle of the night, then cuddle up to you and fall asleep again. A hooker won't take your hand for no apparent reason whatsoever and just look at you with a slight smile on her face. A hooker won't make jokes only you two understand.
There really is no point whatsoever in faking the dating thing with a hooker.
