It depends on age groups but men just plain have higher sex drives and are far more likely to be unfulfilled by their partner. Regardless of what you and your personal circumstances dictate. No one is saying all women are demure and don't have sex high sex drives but they certainly don't on average measure up to their men. A lesbian famously once announced after taking physical appearance changing levels of testosterone that "now I know what it feels like to have a man's sex drive".

Also just because you feel there is nothing dirty about blowjobs or anal doesn't have any bearing on the hypothetical married man - these acts are still illegal in several states showing that it is still taboo for millions of people, whether a pornographer believes it to be or not, especially not the 20's university age group you cite - what bearing does that have on married couples generally more likely to be much older?
