We run sexypassport.com (formerly sexyavs) and nakedpass.com.
The state of AVS is really no different than the rest of this biz. You have no idea how many large company's are currently under Visa investigation. There are some HUGE ones. Remember, 1 giant avs and 1 giant program have already bitten the dust.
So I would treat your AVS like you would any other company.
And I would avoid recurring based income. Take your money up front.
