but I think if I need a server needed to rebooted right now it would be better to call. Support ticket systems are nice but if you have 50+ support tickets with highest priority and 5 tech dealing with them and and average of 20 minutes to deal with each problem it could take 3 hours to deal with all of them. Where if you called and said you need a reboot quickly a tech could stop for two minutes go do the reboot and get right back to what he/she was doing. Obviously doing a reboot is quick and easy but it is only quick if you use the best method of letting them know it needs to be done. Use the 800 number that is what it is for.
