Typically the end user license agreement is shown in a window that has a text box with two choices - Accept these Terms and Conditions or Do Not Accept these Terms and Conditions
Again ain't their consumer rights organisations, where you complain about such things. We have it here in Belgium, but don't think they'll be effective
