All you need to do is go into your BIOS, disable the integrated video card and and set it to use the AGP slot (you did get an AGP slot with the machine right ?). If you didn't get an AGP slot them you need to get a PCI video card which is going to be slower then their AGP counterparts. Now, after you've set and saved the BIOS turn the machine off, slap the new video card in and turn your box back on. You should be using your newly installed video card and not the integrated one. Next time when you get a Dell make sure you get a workstation class machine. Enjoy...
