I guess I was doing it a couple of years ago. I started getting the elbow in the middle of the night and some grumbling so it must have been fairly nasty sounding. I had the dentist look on my next checkup and he didn't find any problems. But he said most people do it now and again for whatever reason. He checked closely the next couple of times in and said it must have stopped or their would be signs of it as well as bruises on my ribs.
