I've been having a hard time finding a good image management program for OS X.

I use ACDsee on the PC, it does batch renaming and resiziing.

What programs or methods do you guys(photographers or people who shoot alot of digi.) use to mainting your images on the mac?

I found a program called EasyBatchPhoto that resizes images and will put them into a different folder.

Beyond that, any utilities, programs, nifty things you recommend for OS X (panther)..
