Something goes funky in the keyboard drivers that corrupt the mouse driver causeing LHIDUSB.sys errors that if using xp pro corp the system goes to blue screen then shuts down. At least on win2k pro the wireless module just shuts off. Unplug the usb cable, wait a few seconds then plug it back in and all is fine.
