The font name is "Yikes!"
I *think* I got it from
http://www.blambot.com - but I can't find it there right now...but I have it nonetheless.
Obviously, it's been run through Photoshop's "Warp Text" feature...loooks like "Arc Upper" - "Bend = +50"
