correct me if i am wrong,
you hack, lets say 20100 and put your email as the primary. Than you sell it to joe. Joe puts his email as the primary and removes yours. But icq will send the pass to the both emails that has been primary lets say in the last two weeks. So if icq do not make a database clean up after you sell it to the joe, you can always hack it back with the email you entered as the primary. And as far as i know Icq do not make those databse clean ups very often
if this correct what is the point of buying an icq number?
