If you can get him to eat onions raw (in his food) through that in there also.

Also, try buying one of the 50lb bags of rice and some chicken gibblets from your butcher and feed him that for a couple of weeks.

Fuck, i dont even cook for myself and now i have to cook for the dog?! Damn! Ive swapped his diet numerous times and the food he is on now ass nothing but 100% real stuff inside of it. No by-products or anything like that.. I Noticed he did get better with this kibble but the gains have since been lost.. I might give this a shot though if i cannot clear it up since i know his diet is ok!

The olive oil/garlic will be added though since im sure some extra wont hurt him!
