The real issue here, is sites like this give the industry a bad name. Alot of the people that have responded here are kids making a few bucks a day and spending their time posting instead of working. The people really making money and that care about the business know this is a problem. You go to court against acacia (or any other company) and you are mentioned as a porn site, they'll paint the image of this type of crackwhore site. Try winning over a judge, jury or the media. Allowing sites like this to do business just makes us all look worse and MUCH WORSE off in the long run.
