I'm not a huge olive fan so I stay away from that one.

I do like olives in this one dip I made.
Mix a jar of marinated artchoke hearts, cut them up, dice up two roma tomatoes, and a small can of chopped olives. Put it call together and pour the artichoke heart juice on top, sprinkle some basil, mix and serve with Triscuits or Lime flavored Tostitos.
