I have all my preferences set not to let random idiots find me... but they still do, fact of ICQ but anyway, it would be nice if everyone filled out their ICQ profiles so people you are ICQing/requesting authorization from can tell if you are a random foreigner trying to cyber with you or "be your friend" as they say or someone you actually want to talk to!!
I'm sure I ignore 10 or 20 people a day, that I'd probably like to talk to, because I can't tell who the hell they are
