Sorry. Guess I should have known that.
It really depends on what you/your family likes. Fried turkey is traditionally a Southern thing and it's done a lot of the time with creole seasonings and a lot of cayenne, but I have a grandfather who can't tolerate spicy stuff, so I do something mild. Tonight I used:
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 bottle of beer
1/4 cup apple cider
3/4 cup honey
2 1/2 tbsp sweet paprika
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp allspice
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp onion powder
Another easy one is just plain italian dressing. That's pretty good, too.
