It's a big plastic syringe. It came with my fryer, but I think you can buy them anywhere. I inject it just under the skin in a few places. If you want your marinade flavor to be stronger, then also inject it straight into the turkey at each spot you put it under the skin. Turn the syringe and shoot it into the turkey in four or five different directions.
