As far as the stipulations & conditions go.. I think you are talking about all the **'s in the licensing:

It just basically means.. if you operate your members area(s) on a single server, then you can use it for as many of your domains that you want. If you have more than one server that you want to run it from, then it would cost you an extra $50 per server you want it to work with.
We tried to come up with a price & licensing scheme that would work for everyone big & small.
And
temporarily you can take advantage of the $299 deal that gives you the unlimited member versions of Updatem & 4freeman, also the MultiMod_Auth module & a 50% discount on the 5 script bundle at PaysitePowertools as well.
We think its a good deal
