Let me jump in on this bandwagon.
I got the same email a few days ago.
I have been with that program for what must be 5 years now, and although I do not send traffic there anymore, I must have sent them 100's of thousands of $$$ worth of traffic over the last few years. And this is the way they thank me?

I am still waiting for a reply as to what has happened.
I dont give a shit about the money, as it's not more than $500-1000 in outstanding and uncashed checks ( which they have placed a stop-payment on btw ), but I do NOT appreciate the way I have been treated here.
