If you want MS Office for $3, visit Moscow's software shops. If you want a "Original holographic sticker" on the CD, be prepared to pay $2 more.
I don't pay for software I mustn't, I always try to find free alternative. But when there's no free alternative(or only bad free alternative), I buy the original copy.
