It may also have to do with company policy, if they bend the rules for one person, then all of a sudden every joe shmoe with 1.00 in his account wants to know why they cant get their dollar check sent out.

it doesnt cost much at all to send a check like $2 if that... but rules are rules, common sense would meant myself paying him but to be honest the guy sounds like an arse as well.
