There is a "trigger man" law in Virginia. They can convict based on the fact that the vehicle was the actual "killing machine" That way they don't have to show he actually pulled the trigger but drove the car.
The younger boy is being tried about 5 minutes from my house. I went up there to see what the media did to my nice little communtiy and the "law" has it totally under control and contained which considering the road the courthuose is on is amazing!
By the way...I am in no way "up on the law" only repeating what I have heard and understood.
