true,

but the turnabout (down) really started happening when acacia made the insane move of noticing colleges and universities---who are now BANDING TOGETHER and refusing to license.

in fact, the turndown started just about the time Stanford University got noticed.

Stanford University is in Palo Alto, California, in the world-famous silicon valley. More engineers from Stanford built and designed the internet and information technology than any other place.

word on the street is that Stanford and other large colleges and Universities WILL NOT BE SETTLING with acacia.

there's a reason Stanford will not settle with acacia.

there's a reason Harvard Law School will not settle with acacia.

when the best and the brightest do not settle with acacia it means something.

listen to Berman speak on the internet radio broadcast. he is not a techie, he is a lawyer salesman.

he couldn't even explain adequately what the acacia patents cover, lots of double talk about double dipping, etc.

these acacia guys are clumsy, and the geeks will eat them for lunch.

watch it happen.
