If you are a lawyer yourself - Which I very much doubt based on your tactless argument, then learn to do a little research.
In the uk, you can not buy a word out of the dictionary for business purposes and then stop everybody else using it.
And you are also quite wrong about the Hun - Several books use that term in their title going back to just after the 2nd World War - I somehow could not see the Hun taking these writers to court -
Should someone copy his tgp and use the term, them maybe he has a case.
