yep, that was the whole point of buying this place
My house in Texas was 3360sq feet, with 40 acres sitting on a small private lake. It was an older house that I was always working on, and keeping up 40 acres of land and yardwork was a major bitch that took up too much of my free time. Plus I was tired of living in Tyler Tx where there is nothing to do. Sold that place, bought a little smaller, much newer house in Vegas with a small yard. Been much happier ever since
