So let's say that is done ( for discussion purpose...), then you still have all Indonesia, and Pakistan and Africa ( I presume you are referring to muslim countries ...)... So you need to blast a hell of alot of countries....
How about ( still for discussion purpose...lol) if you blast the US out... Doesn't that solve something or not?
