Hey guys before you go insane... bush clears everything with anyone important in England and all other countries we do trade with or are allied with in any way ... before he announces things... dont worry it isnt a big deal... it's probably becuase he needs their expertise / money flowing into the economy or becuase there's operatives that need to be pulled out
