bank of america let silvercash go because they didn't want to handle a porn account but topbucks uses b of a with no problem. as i recall, silvercash took their business to wells fargo, who had no problems handling a legal busines who makes money.
perhaps it is a regional thing. b of a's consider each state independent of each other.
