By the way, I think your wrong - in that spam DOES differ from alot of other forms of advertising. Many other forms of advertising that are considered legitimate, are easily justifiable because they are paying for a service we are receiving - Television, access to a website, radio programs, etc...
And by the way - there are certain states that have outlawed billboards, and from what I've heard, spam is soon to come - isn't there a shitload of anti-spam legislation in congress?
