for people losing weight, this could be a good thing.

the thing that people could benefit from typing it in at home on the computer, is the fact that it'd be a lot lot more organized, and allow you to see your results clearly, and your progression... + a feature could be implimented across gyms country wide where fitness trainers could critique their gym's members progress, etcetc.. just ideas
