We're getting ready to launch our new per email/per signup program. What kind of promo and marketing materials do you guys use these days? What you would like to see?

Does anyone use standard-sized banners any more?

I'm just looking for some feedback, so we can have useful stuff designed. No sense in wasting our design dollars on things that no one needs or wants.
