I think the car video is bogus. I've been looking at it frame by frame.
There is a guy in a white coat and to the right standing next to him is a guy in a black coat.
The car's front left wheel impacts almost directly in front of the black coat guy.
This should put the runner in front of this point considering the car is angled. In fact, just before impact the runner is aligned with the white coat guy. Possibly even a couple feet past him.
The runner is then hit and he flies not forward (at all), but directly to the left.
The guy in the white coat has not moved whatsoever.
The runner takes on a horizontal position, and somehow his legs (his right leg specifially) miss the guy in the white coat and he lands to the right of him.
