Almost every content provider out there gives you right to display the images on a set number of servers. You dont have the right under your contract to submit your pics to other websites. Hotlinked thumbs are ok but you cant display images you dont own on your server unless you own the rights to the picture. Unless its written in your contract. Im wondering why more content providers dont crack down on this.

P.s. im not dissing your tgp , im just stating a fact that most people arent aware of.

Sorry. Thumbnails are covered under "fair use". The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals' made the ruling earlier this year.
No offense, but a lot of the stuff you post on here sounds like the kind stuff you'd read in the psuedo-legal rants from APIC.
