why would you have people pay you to mail per million?
if your lists were worth a damned youd be mailing them to your own sponsors because they would be converting worth while, and generating more then $175 per million out.
i for one can make 10x that off a million emails outbound.
this guy is either stupid, a scammer, or has shitty mail traffic. 1:350 and 4 joins in 12 hours off a million out, is not good traffic.
