Brad - you say she is getting into the industry .. first start with dinner like you are SUPPOSE TO on any date... she looks like a freak so dont take her anywhere classy try like the local hot spot or whatever
Talk about the industry ( if she even wants to ) tell her what to expect and what not.
After that hit up a night club
if none in your area
what does she do in her free time ?
Maybe if the dinner goes well you can talk her into a photo shoot back at your place ;) ;)
