I always make juk. It's a thai rice soup.
Loads of chilli, garlic, ginger and onion. They're the main one's heaps hey, you gotta sweat it out.
you don't have to have a soup, just whatever you can use those ingredients in.

chilli garlic ginger onion....you'll stink but at least you'll feel better.
