Check out Voyeurcam.com, Whitehouse.com, Any of the Wasteland.com sites, Bondage.com, and Fetish.com for a few signup page examples. You can use our remote mode (where we host the join pages), or our API (direct mode) and use any custom pages that you wish. There is an extreme amount of flexibility.
