LOL, no actually if this does make it to trial he has a right to a defense, etc. etc. etc. And he should be thought of as innocent till' proven guilty. I have a tough time with sex offenders, though he hasn't been "proven" one...yet. My belief's are...once a sex offender, always a sex offender. They can't be rehabilitated, etc. Society needs to put sex offenders in a place where they can't re-offend again, but unfortunately that doesn't happen. A lot of times an ankle bracelet is slapped on them and they are forgotten. Or they are released from prison, only to go and re-offend again. Sex offenders are a different breed and I sincerely hope that Michael is able to prove these charges to be false. Time will tell though...
