I took the guest tour and to be honest I would get shot of some text and post some more sexy pics of you in there. Utilize what you have.
I like the overall design tho like colours, logo's and the way your pics are integrated onto the page.
Have you thought about having a short sample high quality clip on the front page? Let people see the quality of the movie and what you are all about? I think this could help conversions if people knew a bit more about you, what you do in your movies and such!

There actually is a vid clip on the first page..."Watch Intro Video" maybe I should make that more obvious
