Will and Grace isn't about sex. Is a comedy with 2 gay guys in it.
By your view, every damn show would be off the air. A married couple with kids would be about sex, since they sleep together, obvisiously had sex to have kids, etc... Shows with single guys would be off, since they are looking for women. On and on and on and on and on....
