I had some of my customers try out some of these programs like this in the past, with some of my US/CA traffic, but none of them reordered, so I don't think they did too good with it.
I just started selling clicked, niche traffic. That would probably do well with these types of programs. I have over a dozen niches, from amateurs to webcams.
