Depends on the budget.

These days the webmaster services (design, hosting, content, programming etc etc) end of the business is pretty big.

If you have big budget you could probably hire and buy your way to expierience and profits. Sex still sells.

But a broke newbie whos last/alternate job was/is flipping burgers, with minimal knowledge of the industry or the technologies that support it - no chance.


It's just like anything else... imagine you wanted to make money 'healing people' if you are poor and undereducated, you have to go to college, then medical school & then after years of being an underling, you might be able to open your own practice.

If you have a big budget, you build a HMO and hire all the doctors you want.
