Ibill suspending EU reserves again
Last month they paid some part of suspended reserves. This time they're not paying again... If this was something about our account CCbill would suspend reserves as well, but they never did, the bank is punishing Ibill, not our accounts. For several months Ibill cuts about 45% of EU revenues (reserves+suspended reserves+ibill commission).
Does anyone know if we *ever* receive our reserves ?
---- October 31 mail ----
We notified you in a previous notice dated October 20, 2003 that our European processor and acquiring bank held our credit card reserves resulting in a suspension of your reserve payouts scheduled for October 21. As communicated in that correspondence, we have worked with the processor and bank to release the held funds for payout. These suspended reserve funds represent reserves held in March 2003 for February 2003 transactions.
We're pleased to notify you that we were successful in securing the release of the reserve funds and you will receive your suspended reserve payment on your next scheduled payout of November 5, 2003.
---- November 17 mail ----
One of the criteria our processor and acquiring bank is using in determining reserve holdbacks of all credit card reserves is chargeback ratios. As a result, the reserves are being held pending the resolution of card association regulatory issues related to cumulative chargeback ratios and any potential fines as a result of those ratios. Accordingly, we will be suspending the reserve portion of your semi-monthly payout scheduled for November 19, 2003.
